We charge a flat fee of $9.00 for postage and handling anywhere in Australia.
We process your order usually on the same or next business day and all orders are sent via Australia Post Air Express Satchel.
For larger orders we may require an additional payment to cover extra postage. In these cases we will contact you to discuss.
Returns
Due to our company policy, we are unable to accept returns.
However we are happy to exchange products within 2 weeks of purchase, upon presentation of the returned product and receipt and provided that the seal has not been opened with the exception of spoiled products. It is your responsibility to cover postage charges of return and re-send the item(s) for exchange.
