International Orders

We welcome international orders here at LUPICIA Fresh Tea.

If you would like to order from outside Australia or send to an address outside Australia, here's how to proceed:

• - During checkout, when entering your "State", select "International (Outside Australia)"


• - Please include your full international address in the box at the bottom of the checkout page


• - No need to pay straight away. You will not be charged initially for your order


• - Please wait while we process your order and calculate your delivery fees manually (may take up to 48 hours)


• - We will then send you an email with a link to review your order including correct delivery fees


• - After reviewing your order you can then proceed to pay securely with VISA, Mastercard or PayPal*


• - Please complete your order and make payment within 24 hours

* Some international customers may experience issues with VISA or Mastercard due to security issues so we recommend PayPal as the best payment method for international orders.
