Oolong tea is a unique variety of Chinese tea which perhaps could best be described as being somewhere in between un-fermented green tea and fully fermented and oxidised black tea.
Grown in high mountain regions, it has a rich and unique taste which can vary greatly depending on the the geography of plantation and style of production. The production is an art unto itself and each Oolong Tea master has their own trade secrets which are carefully guarded.
